How it Began

Hi, I’m Mike, founder of Parcel Coach.
After 36 years in the parcel industry — including pricing, sales, and operations roles inside one of the two national carriers — I saw a major gap: Small and mid-size shippers weren’t getting the support or pricing they deserved. Other consulting firms chase million-dollar accounts, leaving SMBs to navigate confusing contracts, hidden surcharges, and carrier tactics, to fend for themselves. I launched Parcel Coach to fix that.
